What Astro Box is
Astro Box calculates Vedic astrology charts and panchang, and answers questions about your chart. The calculations are astronomical and precise; the interpretations are traditional and are offered for guidance and interest.
Nothing in Astro Box is medical, financial, legal or psychological advice. Do not use it in place of a qualified professional, and do not make decisions about your health, money or legal position on the strength of it.
Your account
You need an account to ask questions and to download reports, so that your conversation stays with you and your daily allowance is counted for you. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
You may delete your account at any time, from Profile → Delete account in the app or at astrobox.in/delete-account.
Free and paid
Panchang, rashifal, the festival calendar and your kundli are free. Free accounts may ask a limited number of questions each day; paid plans raise or remove that limit and unlock detailed reports. The current limits and prices are shown in the app before you pay.
Payments, renewal and refunds
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
- A plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed and runs for the period you bought — monthly or yearly.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; the plan you have already paid for runs to the end of its period.
- If something was charged in error, or the service did not work, write to support@astrobox.in within 7 days and we will look at it and refund where it is due.
- Deleting your account does not by itself refund a plan that is running.
Fair use
Please do not attempt to break, overload or automate against the service, resell access, or copy the content out in bulk. Accounts doing so may be suspended.
Availability
We try to keep Astro Box running and correct, but it is offered as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Features may change.
