Delete your account
This deletes your account and everything personal on it, immediately and permanently. There is no undo and no recovery.
What gets deleted: your name, email address, password, your date, time and place of birth, and every question you have asked along with its answer.
What is kept: records of payments you made — the plan, amount and date. A record of money taken has to survive for accounting and for any refund or dispute. Your email is removed from those records, so they no longer say who paid.
If you have a subscription running, deleting the account does not refund it. Cancel or ask about a refund first if that matters: support@astrobox.in.
